YouCanTap offers custom tap cards, tags, stands, plates, and related accessories. All products are made to order. By placing an order, you confirm that any design files or artwork you submit are either owned by you or that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use them. We reserve the right to refuse orders that contain content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

You retain full ownership of any original artwork or designs you upload. By submitting your design, you grant YouCanTap a limited, non-exclusive licence to reproduce your artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will never use your designs for any other purpose without your explicit written consent. You are responsible for ensuring your designs do not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our checkout page. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — not guarantees. YouCanTap is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; we cannot be held liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.

Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or we made an error. If you receive a defective product or an order that does not match your approved design, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on custom orders.

Our tap products are designed to work with modern smartphones that support tap/contactless technology. Compatibility may vary by device, case, and operating system version. YouCanTap does not guarantee that our products will work with every device. We are not responsible for any failure of tap functionality caused by third-party devices, software, or accessories. The URLs or actions programmed into your tap products can be updated via your dashboard at any time.

Access to the YouCanTap dashboard is provided on a subscription or per-order basis as described in our pricing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Tap analytics data is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of analytics data. You agree not to use the dashboard or analytics in any way that violates applicable laws or the privacy rights of your customers.

All content on the YouCanTap website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of YouCanTap or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. The YouCanTap name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of YouCanTap.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouCanTap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
